Text Messaging

JLC Printing order texts: quote, proof and payment links, order status, pickup-ready and delivery notices, and replies to your questions. Only for customers who ask for them. No marketing texts.

1. Website checkout

On jlcprinting.com/checkout, step 1 (contact & shipping), under the Email and Phone boxes, there is an optional texting box. It starts unchecked and you can place your order without checking it. This is exactly how it looks:

When the box is checked, the time of your consent is saved with your order.

2. By phone or at our counter

When you call us at (718) 701-0462 or (929) 604-8336 (our staff or our phone assistant), or visit our counter at 322 Jackson Ave, Bronx NY, we ask before we text you:

“May JLC Printing text you at [number] about your order - things like quote, proof and payment links and pickup notices? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.”

We text you only after you say yes.

3. Text us first

Text our business number (929) 604-8336. We reply only to your conversation. The first time you text us you get one automatic confirmation:

What to expect
